Agreement toxa Fulfillment Policy

 

By purchasing a subscription or using the Focus Hero services (“Services”) delivered to you through the Focus Hero mobile app (“App”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Fulfillment Policy, including all terms related to payments, cancellations, refunds, and access.

 

Subscriptions and Purchases

 

Focus Hero offers premium access to the Services through various transaction types, including auto-renewing subscriptions available on weekly, monthly, and annual terms, as well as lifetime one-time purchases. Current prices are clearly displayed at the time of subscription, either in-app or during checkout. All subscriptions are billed in full at the start of each subscription term and will automatically renew at the end of their billing period unless cancelled 24 hours or more before the billing period ends.

 

Payment Processors

 

Subscriptions to the Services are managed through third-party payment processors, including Apple, and Paddle. By initiating a transaction with any of these providers, you agree to their respective terms, conditions, and policies, including fulfillment, refund, and cancellation policies, as summarized below. These policies vary based on your billing provider. To identify your billing provider, please navigate to Menu > Manage Subscription within the Focus Hero App.

 

Free Trials

 

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial before becoming a paid subscription. Free trials are limited to one per user. Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your payment method will automatically be charged the subscription price and renew at the stated interval. You may cancel at any time during the free trial without incurring charges. Canceling during your free trial may immediately terminate access to premium features. Unused portions of the free trial will not be extended or credited.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Our cancellation policy differs depending on the merchant with whom the payment was processed. All subscription cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • Canceling Apple (App Store) transactions: You must cancel your subscription directly from your device by navigating to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Focus Hero cannot manually cancel Apple subscriptions; this must be managed through your Apple account settings

  • Canceling Paddle transactions: Paddle transactions can be cancelled at paddle.net using your email address or transaction ID.

 

Refund Policy

 

Our refund policy differs depending on the merchant with whom the payment was processed. Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription term are not provided. Upon issuing a refund, you will immediately lose access to all premium Services provided by the refunded transaction.

How to Request a Refund

The easiest way to begin a refund request is directly through the app:

  1. In the Focus Hero app, tap the Menu button.

  2. Tap the "Manage Subscription" button to see your subscription details.

  3. From here, tap the button labeled "Request refund".

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Depending on the specifics of your subscription, the refund request may require a review process, which typically takes 3-5 business days to complete. If your refund is approved, please allow for 5-15 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method.

Refunds by Payment Processor

  • Refunding Apple (App Store) transactions: Apple exclusively manages refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store.

    • Refunds must be requested through Apple’s official refund website: reportaproblem.apple.com.

    • Apple independently determines refund eligibility according to its own policies.

    • Focus Hero cannot manually process or override refunds for Apple transactions. The decision made by Apple as the merchant of record is final.

  • Refunding Paddle transactions: Paddle exclusively manages refunds for subscriptions purchased through their platform.

    • For Paddle-based transactions, refunds must be requested via paddle.net.

    • Paddle's refund policy allows for requests made within 14 days of the transaction. After 14 days, all payments are considered final.

 

Delivery Policy

 

Focus Hero provides immediate digital access to its premium Services upon successful subscription activation. There is no physical shipping or delivery associated with our Services.

 

Chargebacks and Disputes

 

If you believe a charge was made in error, we kindly ask that you contact us at focusheroapp@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues directly and efficiently. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process and could result in the permanent suspension of your account and access to the Services.

 

Policy Changes

 

Focus Hero reserves the right to update or modify this Fulfillment & Refund Policy at any time. If changes are made, the updated policy will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed.

 

Currency and Taxes

 

All prices are displayed in your local currency where possible, based on your location and billing provider. Applicable taxes may be included or added at checkout depending on your region's regulations. Focus Hero is not responsible for any additional bank fees or currency conversion charges imposed by your financial institution.

 

Payment Failures

 

If your payment method is declined or an auto-renewal charge fails, your access to premium features may be temporarily suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may re-attempt to charge your provided payment method. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current to prevent any disruption of Services.
