Focus Hero Success Stories Competition

1. Introduction

  • These Terms and Conditions govern the "Focus Hero Success Stories" competition (hereafter referred to as the "Competition").

  • By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • The Competition is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

  • Employees of Focus Hero, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Competition.

3. Competition Period

  • Entries will be accepted online starting from the date of this announcement. The end date will be announced at a later time, allowing for continued entry until such date is specified. All entries must be received before the announced end date.

4. How to Enter

  • Entrants must submit their video review of Focus Hero via email. To enter, send your video file to focusheroapp@gmail.com, and include the statement, "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions at www.focushero.co.uk/competition."

  • You may enter multiple times. Each entry must be a separate email submission and must contain a unique video.

5. Prizes

  • The Winner(s) of the Competition will receive $100 each. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Focus Hero.

  • No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

  • The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Odds

  • The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the quality of each entry.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected based on their submission's ability to grab attention, convey the value provided by focus hero for the user, as well as creativity and originality.

  • Winners will be notified by email within four weeks following their submission. Focus Hero shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

  • If a Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You

  • By submitting a video to this Competition, you understand and agree that Focus Hero, anyone acting on behalf of Focus Hero, and Focus Hero's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the footage/video in any media, including for advertising, promotional purposes, and in any manner they choose without further compensation or notice to you.

9. Terms & Conditions

  • Focus Hero reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Focus Hero’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Competition.

10. Privacy Policy
